Many years ago it was me a few pouches of food and off I could go quietly into the night and feed a handful of lost souls its still.the center of what I do but the past years this has become a mix of feeding helping wherever I can whoever I can its good that over the years iv been blessed with great really great people I'm blessed to be able to do what I can truly blessed Two nights ago I got a.text from a family with 3 cats they arnt 3 yreas old landlord has said get rid of them ye have two weeks isn't that so cruel of any landlord my head is wrecked trying to get a place to put them that they are safe the family are so upset but if I can't get a place they are just going to let them out in some town far from them and hope they survive which is not a proper thing to do the landlords should have put that in the agreement from day one no pets not 3 later when he seen the first cat he should have said something never mind my rant I will.get them sorted sometimes its no wounder I get vertigo the head is trying to catch up.with the speed the world is spinning at these times

When Stevie's had an issue he got Nutrabio only available from the vets - sorry. However the feline kidney disease forum I'm a long term member of recommends slippery elm bark, the associated manual for this forum has this information on it www.felinecrf.org/holistic_treatments.htm#slippery_elm_barkIts a good manual for information even if you don't have a CRF cat as they can have quite a few other needs. I didn't realise I could u it for cats iv got some slippery elm in the kitchen thanks so much just add very little to his food

Is that a baby jasper I see ππΆ LOL, yes he was only 8 week old there, and I was trying to get him to sleep in his own bed instead of ours. OH had gone on a weeks fishing trip, and I'd just got Jasper used to sleeping on his own, when OH came home and undid everything I'd spent all week working on.

Ladies as I see subject has included menopause, anyone with any perimenopause advice it would be greatly appreciated! What food or supplements you would suggest? No typical symptoms yet (so delaying trying HRT) but mental health, sleep pattern etc is shockingly bad and age means perimenopause could be factor. Trying doTERRA Women Phytoestrogen Essential Complex at moment. Running it for a couple more months to see if it is really helping my period pain etc or just variation in cycles but its not doing anything for the mental health side so starting to doubt estrogen fluctuations is main issue. Has anyone tried Ashwagandha? I should probably pay attention to this topic too, given we're the same age Caz! Noticed a lot more informational posters being put up in the toilets at work on the subject of perimenopause, so feels like the world is trying to tell me to pay attention Don't think I've any symptoms either so not trying anything yet. I didnt have any symptoms for the Peri , hope you sail thru it too
