Mine would love the sprats so unsure why anyone would complain!
Not complaints as such, and I was told that all of the dogs absolutely loved them - but a couple of the owners told me I'd scared the life out of them when they opened the box and a load of dead fish were staring at them I probably shouldn't have put them on the top! Most of them are only used to feeding 'regular' dog treats.
A few of them really loved the sprats last year though and asked where they came from so they could get more!
I once took sprats to training with me for one of the dogs and at one point, Andi came round to collect a few treats from every owner for whatever exercise we were doing and she was horrified when I handed her a tiny, dried fish head
I'm glad I made up the extra boxes, one of them left me a nice tip so I'd have felt bad if I didn't have a present for them!
I had to leave it on top of their fridge and text the owner though was worried the dog would try and nick it off the counter - she's a typical greedy Lab and her nose was in the air when I brought the box in
I've received a ridiculous amount of gifts from my clients, so far I've got: Shortbread, maltesers, box of Roses, box of Thorntons, bar of chocolate, bottle of prosecco, box of biscuits, bath gift set, a light up collar & rawhide chew for Alfie. Most of them have given me a Christmas tip too.
I already know that's not all of it as well I've been told by at least two more people to expect something! That's only stuff from 5 owners too!?!

caz2golden: Sorry not on much my PC is sending me around the bend every time I use mouse it double clicks when I only single clicked! Part of me is hoping it is a windows issue that will get updated rather than just PC getting old and broken!

alfiemummy: It's most likely your mouse that needs replacing Caz - that's happened to me twice now and both times it's been fixed by getting a new mouse

tonib: Sounds like it was a good job we didn't have Roman as a kitten then. He's never misbehaved like that, only his first Xmas with us when he half-inched the stuffing! - I hope that's not famous last words!

tonib: Lexie is another matter but usually not breakables - except potentially of herself when she fell behind the large display cabinet/sideboard on being left alone for the 1st time in our dining room aged 2.5 years!!!

tonib: She jumped on top (via the table I believe) & managed to fall between it & the wall & appeared to be suspended by her head part way down (the gap narrowed!) I had to get a burly neighbour in to help move it, quickly moving weight/breakables as pos. 1st

tonib: She was fine but got checked by vet just in case! That was a heart stopping time, especially her cries!

lotsofcats: I can remember when that happened with Lexi.
