A nice cool bath to cool him down a bit , I part dried him but thought if i left him a bit damp he would feel cooler. I have ordered him a cooling vest from Amazon i ordered an XL size just in case the large was a little tight.

We have a hiccup yesterday when the man of the house was making dinner robbin was in the worktop he went to move him and robbin kinda might have bit him but I think he is forgiven but I think the lesson is ether off the worktops or don't move him while he is thinking it's for me all the food is mine

Those are absolutely brilliant, orpheous87 . I see what colours could be seen I've always associate the northern lights with blues & greens (never actually seen them only other's pictures but the pinks in those photos are so strong. I hadn't realised that they might be visible so wasn't looking I'll have to see if they are tomorrow night. It was amazing to see. At first, they were only grey/white to the naked eye but then the pink became visible at their peak. I saw a post on Facebook today explaining the different colours. The pink is the rarest kind, apparently as that's 'excited atomic oxygen at high altitudes' i.e. above 150 miles higher than earth. The green is the same but at lower altitudes and then purple/blue is ionised molecular nitrogen and only visible with intense solar activity. So far tonight the updates I'm seeing say we're not likely to see anything near like last night but could change.

Did anyone get to see the Northern Lights last night? We missed them, so hoping we get a second chance tonight. Yes! It was very exciting π So hoping to see them again tonight! Just white lines visible to the naked eye, but phone captured them beautifully! http://instagram.com/p/C6zh3JrC0Ut
