Just got back from police station with Neil to report yet another hacking It has to be the same little s**t!!!!! Police took all my details and have said this IS suspicious now so will be definitely looking into it. I emptied my bank account on the way there (as soon as I realised I couldn't get back online this morning!) and have closed my Lloyds account. I'm going to open an account with a different bank on Monday I'd been meaning to anyway.
This is just a quick message because Neil has decided to cancel our internet and wants to dismantle the computer in the corner of the living room here. I think he's been getting just a tad fed up of the hassle this stoopid kid has been causing. Things are looking dodgy on his job front anyway as the site he's on closes in August so we've actually been looking into ways to cut our outgoings before the poop hits the fan!
Haven't had a chance to see your message scallywag because my phone has gone AWOL (I'm forever putting it down and losing it!) but yes, that WAS me who typed about the snake Sophie was a 13ft Burmese python who was really friendly and when I had her draped over my shoulders you could really feel her muscles constricting as she moved - weird sensation but you can sense just how powerful these guys are
Anyway.....better go now cause Neil is getting impatient As soon as this palaver is sorted and I'm back online I'll let you all know

God I've missed you guys (((((((HUGS))))))) I'll bet I've got TONS of stuff to catch up on NO early night for me tonight....
Ok, where do I start? Thankfully Neil did NOT cancel our internet but instead he dismantled the computer and took it down to a computer techie guy he knows and it's been upgraded with all the gadgetry stuff to hopefully stop it being so easy to get into (sorry I cannot be any more specific but I'm clueless when it comes to technical stuff Gardening....wildlife....pets - no problem....but gadgets.....hopeless :-[ ). We got it back two days ago and I must say it's a LOT faster which IS rather nice. I've spent the past day sorting out passwords and email addresses stuff (and writing it down in a wee notebook!) and making sure they are ALL rock hard instead of being 'easy' memorable stuff for me to remember :-/ I've changed my bank too.
As I said to scallywag on the phone too - my neighbour has MOVED HOUSE Saturday last week! I was at work all day and so I missed them moving all their stuff out and only actually found out late Saturday night when I was talking to Susan downstairs (the one who was forced to get rid of her two jack russells by the two neighbourhood witches). Apparently they kept it quiet and nobody knew until they started shoving furniture into a transit van
Haven't heard anything more from the police as regards the neighbour's son hacking into mine and the guy-at-the-end's internet either but Neil says he'll be chasing it up seeing as they've moved away He says he's not getting away with messing us about and upsetting me so much
Anyway....everything else is ok. Unfortunately still no sign of darling Nina but I still keep poping into the vets just in case.....and to remind them I'm stilll looking But Lily is still the affectionate, stroppy, characterful bunny-murdering little diva she always was
Off to eat my tea now (my trusty timer has just gone to remind me otherwise I would have had burnt offerings ) but I'll be back later to catch up on everyone's news......
tonib: Sounds like it was a good job we didn't have Roman as a kitten then. He's never misbehaved like that, only his first Xmas with us when he half-inched the stuffing! - I hope that's not famous last words!

tonib: Lexie is another matter but usually not breakables - except potentially of herself when she fell behind the large display cabinet/sideboard on being left alone for the 1st time in our dining room aged 2.5 years!!!

tonib: She jumped on top (via the table I believe) & managed to fall between it & the wall & appeared to be suspended by her head part way down (the gap narrowed!) I had to get a burly neighbour in to help move it, quickly moving weight/breakables as pos. 1st

tonib: She was fine but got checked by vet just in case! That was a heart stopping time, especially her cries!
