Doesn't surprise me. I wouldn't take Samson abroad either because of rabies jabs and having to get a pet passport (which may be scrapped for the Eu after brexit). There are still areas of the UK which are very dog friendly which is great however like you say caz more places are becoming unfriendly and issuing control orders or outright bans. It makes sense what they say about the pubs in the article, especially if they are in popular walking areas. A lot of people like to take their dogs after a long walk so it makes sense being more dog friendly would help business. I think this is just a case again of irresponsibe/disrespectful dog owners ruining it for the rest of us. Although saying that some places/people may have genuine reasons not to allow dogs, allergies, fear etc.

scallywag: Go to the board you want to post on, General , Cat, Dog or other. Select the area you want to start a thread for example Dog Forum, General Dog Chat, Look to the top right and there is a tab called create thread
