Been cold here today and though laughed at by other dog walkers I was happy mine had their equafleeces on. Neither dog has a particularly thick coat guess partly linked to mum liking house to be quite warm. At the moment have the dog jumper ones which have front legs but not back www.equafleece.co.uk/dogs/fleece/dog-jumper
As Gypsy has hip / back leg issues today was the first time I wondered for cold weather if we should have a suit for her as then those joints would also be kept warm. www.equafleece.co.uk/dogs/fleece/dog-suit
What do you lot think about how easy the suits are to get on and if they are suitable for an aging dog?
The suits aren't much different to the jumpers to put on. We don't have a jumper just tankie and suit. So if you are used to the jumpers, a suit will be no problem. The back legs slip in very easily, it's the front legs I have trouble with when putting the suit on!
They can also modify with a zip if necessary but if you already have the jumper then that won't be necessary.
